Re-format hard drive and/or re-installing Windows OS* 

(2 options available)

*Note* Viruses protection software will be installed on all re-formatted PCs.  All available Windows operation system updates will be installed.

1) Using the old hard drive to re-install Windows: This option re-installs Windows Operating System and re-install most programs.  No More Viruses asks that important documents such as movies, music, and photos are brought to my attention to back-up so that we can place these files on the new operating system. Installed programs will need to be re-installed on the new operating system.

2) Buying a new hard drive (preferably larger) to re-install Windows: Most desktop and laptop hard drives cost around $50. This service includes restoring all the previously installed free programs, update the operating system, and install virus and spy-ware protection. Customers have the option of reinstalling paid software, but the customer must provide the installation media and/or product keys necessary. I ask that customers provide me a list of the previously installed software on their computer before I perform the requested services. Customers should inform me of important files before a reformat so that I can safely recover them.  These files will be placed on the new hard drive.

***Once a replacement hard drive is obtained, the turnaround for this service is 2-3 business days***

Note: To re-install a legal copy of Windows, the customer must provide a valid product key for the version of Windows (i.e. Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10). If no product key is provided, a product key must be purchased. Please contact No More Viruses if you cannot find your product key.

Install/Upgrade RAM

Contact for more details. RAM can either be ordered online and located locally. The turnaround for this service is 1-2 business days, once the RAM is located.

No More Lines can replace a variety of computer components including motherboards, power supplies, and case fans. No More Viruses offers a hard drive duplication service where we make an exact copy of your existing hard drive and then copy your data to a larger/faster hard drive, depending on your preference. All data will be transferred from the old hard drive to the new; no data will be lost. This service is great for people with older PCs and want to add more hard drive space without purchasing a new PC or for people who want to speed up their slow computer with a solid state drive.
